Telephone Orders

CST. Call us to place an order, check the status of an existing order, and to provide you with information about our many quality products and services. AGT Products accepts orders via phone, fax, internet, or mail.

Fax Orders
Our fax line operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You can fax orders or confirmations at any time.

Internet Orders
You can view our catalog products on-line at www.agtproducts.com and request information at sales@agtproducts.com

Mail Orders
Mail orders are processed on a daily basis.

Stock Products
Most products in our catalog are in-stock and available when your order is placed. However, we cannot guarantee that all catalog products will be in inventory, and may therefore require a slightly longer time to manufacture and ship.

Custom Products
AGT Products offers custom-made sizes and custom colors on many of our catalog products. Custom-made products may be subject to minimum order quantities and longer lead times. Call us to get information about lead times and pricing on your custom-made products. Please note that custom-made products are not returnable.

Pricing
AGT Products offers competitive pricing on all products. Since we are manufacturers, we are also able to offer the lowest prices. However, in the event you find a product at a lesser price, simply provide a copy of the published pricing or quotation before placing your order and we will do our best to price match or beat our competitors pricing.

Special Pricing
Special volume discount pricing may be available for quantities larger than listed. Please call AGT for a specific price quote. Items cannot be combined with other items to receive volume discounts.

Special Packing
Packing is noted where necessary in our catalog. Packing to your specific requirements in poly bags or cartons is possible. Please contact AGT Products to discuss your special packing needs.

Samples
AGT Products will provide samples for most of our catalog products free of charge. Samples are generally shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Any express freight charges will be the responsibility of the recipient. AGT Products reserves the right to limit quantities and dollar amounts of samples.

Order Sizes
AGT Products accepts orders of any size quantity for all catalog products, unless there is a designated minimum order quantity specified.

Shipping
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Addison, IL and freight charges are added to your invoice amount. Most orders are shipped UPS Ground and larger orders are shipped via common carrier. Unless you specify otherwise, we will choose the freight carrier. Please note that all express shipping as well as any other shipping instructions must be specified when you place your order. Drop shipments and express handling are available at an additional charge. Your customer service representative can also assist you in finding the most cost-effective way to ship your order.

Shipping dates are approximate and are based upon timely receipt of all required information and material used in manufacturing our products. AGT Products is not liable for delivery delays due to reasons outside of our control. Same day shipping is available upon request for all in-stock products. Same day shipping is available only for phone orders and cannot be guaranteed for internet or fax orders.

Quantities on Order Filling
AGT Products fills your orders based on production and prompt delivery of stated quantities at one time. Please note that there are occasional under-runs or over-runs on each individual item but would not to exceed 10% of quantities ordered unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellations
Notice of an order cancellation must be made in writing and faxed to our General Manager. Cancellations will be reviewed and the customer may incur costs associated with the production and fulfillment of an order prior to cancellation.

Returns
For all returns, please contact your sales representative or a customer service representative for instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Unopened stock items may be returned, but are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Call us for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will only accept returns that have a valid RMA visible on the outer packaging and noted on all paperwork, and are freight prepaid. All returns are subject to inspection. AGT Products only credits products that are undamaged and in resellable condition. Custom orders are not returnable.

Please note that returns are not accepted on orders with adhesive attached, custom-made products and non-catalog items, as well as small orders.

Damaged Merchandise
In the event that you discover damage to your shipment, keep all original packaging materials and contact AGT Products immediately.

Claims
When products are damaged by a freight carrier, please file a claim with the carrier and contact AGT Products immediately.

If there is a shipping shortage on your order you must contact AGT Products within 2 weeks of delivery. Failure to do will constitute acceptance of the shipment.

Terms
Payment terms are Net 30 days with approved credit. To establish credit with AGT Products, simply supply references from one bank and at least four vendors. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for credit approval. Credit card shipments are possible on stock orders. An interest charge of 1-1/2% is applied to all late invoices. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. AGT Products reserves the right to change or improve products without notice. The buyer is responsible for all risk of liability and damages for improper use of our products.

Warranty
AGT Products makes no warranty, expressed or implied as to the use, fit of use, or application of use for our products. The selection, application or use of AGT Products is the Buyer's responsibility. AGT Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. AGT's sole responsibility under this warranty is to repair or replace, free of charge, F.O.B. its factory, products determined by AGT Products to be defective. The period of warranty is for 30 days within receipt of the order. All warranties exist between AGT Products and the first party Buyer. No claims will be allowed for labor, material, and loss of profit or damages in shipping, handling, in installation or by misuse.

Catalog Note
AGT Products does not accept liability for incorrect spelling, printing errors (including pricing), incorrect manufacturer specifications, or inaccuracies for any product listed in this catalog. AGT Products reserves the right to discontinue or require minimum order quantities for catalog products without prior notice.
